• To keep memberships affordable, all Mail Club letters are sent using standard postage stamps and do not include tracking. Shopify automatically includes a tracking link once you place an order but that is invalid.
• Letters are mailed during the first week of each month.
• Delivery estimates:

Within Canada: 2-5 Business Days

US: 4- 6 Business days

International: 7-28 Business days

• The sign-up cutoff for each edition is the 25th of the month. If you join between the 1st and the 25th, your first letter will be the following month’s edition and will ship during the first week of that month.
  If you subscribe after the 25th, your first letter will be the edition for the month after that.

For example: If you sign up between November 1st and 25th , you will receive December's mail which is shipped in the first week of December. If you sign up after November 25th, you will receive January's mail.

• Your membership is a recurring monthly subscription. You will be charged on the same date each month based on the day you originally signed up. You can update, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal.

Beginning July 1, 2026, the EU will remove its current EUR 150 duty-free threshold for goods imported from outside the EU. As a result, shipments entering the EU may be subject to customs duties and related import charges, regardless of their value.

What this means for your purchases:

  I will not be collecting customs duties at checkout.
  
• 
  If your order is shipped to an EU country, you may be asked by your local postal service or customs authority to pay customs duties, VAT, handling fees, or other import charges upon delivery.
  
• 
  Based on the information currently available, EU customers may be charged customs fees of up to approximately €3 per item, plus any applicable VAT or handling fees, upon delivery. These charges are set by customs authorities and are not collected by me at checkout.

  These fees are determined by EU customs regulations and local authorities and are outside of my control.
  

Because customs charges can vary by country and shipment, I cannot guarantee the exact amount that may be due upon delivery.

Request withdrawal or return

Withdrawal & Return Policy ( EU Customers)

We want you to be happy with your order, but if you change your mind, you may be entitled to a return under applicable consumer protection laws.

You can cancel your order until the item is fulfilled.

1. Right of Withdrawal (where applicable)

If you are eligible under EU consumer law or other applicable regulations, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within the legal timeframe (usually 14 days after receiving your order).

To exercise this right, you must contact us before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Return of Items

All items must be returned before any refund can be processed.

• Items must be sent back to us before a refund is issued
• Items must be returned in their original condition
• We reserve the right to inspect returned items before approving a refund

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.

We do not provide prepaid return labels.

4. Refunds

Refunds are only issued after:

• The returned item has been received
• The item has been inspected and approved for refund
• If the item is damaged or clearly used beyond reasonable inspection, a deduction may apply based on reduced value (not a fixed fee)

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

5. Subscription Orders

For subscription-based orders (mail club memberships):

• Each shipment is treated as a separate delivery
• If a withdrawal applies, it only applies to eligible items that have not yet been fully consumed or processed under applicable law
• Future shipments will be cancelled once a subscription is stopped

Withdrawal & Return Policy ( Non-EU Customers)

1. You can cancel your order within 1 hour after purchase.For subscriptions, you can cancel anytime before your subscription cycle renews.
2. No Return is accepted
3. Refunds may be accepted but are dependent on the customer specific circumstances.
