Withdrawal & Return Policy ( Non-EU Customers)

  1. You can cancel your order within 1 hour after purchase. For subscriptions, you can cancel anytime before your subscription cycle renews.
  2. No Return is accepted
  3. Refunds may be accepted but are dependent on the customer specific circumstances.

 If you do not receive your envelope within the estimated delivery timeframe (Calculated based on Business Days excluding holidays and weekends), please email me at makshada@warmbutterpost.com.

If you entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will not be held responsible and no refunds will be honoured.

Withdrawal & Return Policy ( EU Customers)

We want you to be happy with your order, but if you change your mind, you may be entitled to a return under applicable consumer protection laws.

1. Right of Withdrawal (where applicable)

If you are eligible under EU consumer law or other applicable regulations, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within the legal timeframe (usually 14 days after receiving your order).

To exercise this right, you must contact us before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Return of Items

All items must be returned before any refund can be processed.

  • Items must be sent back to us before a refund is issued
  • Items must be returned in their original condition
  • We reserve the right to inspect returned items before approving a refund

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.

We do not provide prepaid return labels.

4. Refunds

Refunds are only issued after:

  • The returned item has been received, and
  • The item has been inspected and approved for refund
  • If the item is damaged or clearly used beyond reasonable inspection, a deduction may apply based on reduced value (not a fixed fee)

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

5. Subscription Orders

For subscription-based orders (mail club memberships):

  • Each shipment is treated as a separate delivery
  • If a withdrawal applies, it only applies to eligible items that have not yet been fully consumed or processed under applicable law
  • Future shipments will be cancelled once a subscription is stopped
