Starting July 1, 2026, EU customs regulations may require import duties, VAT, and handling fees to be paid upon delivery. These charges are imposed by customs authorities and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost charged by Warm Butter Post. 

• If your order is shipped to an EU country, you may be asked by your local postal service or customs authority to pay customs duties, VAT, handling fees, or other import charges upon delivery.
• Based on the information currently available, EU customers may be charged customs fees of up to approximately €3 per item, plus any applicable VAT or handling fees, upon delivery. These charges are set by customs authorities and are not collected by me at checkout.
• These fees are determined by EU customs regulations and local authorities and are outside of my control.

Free Shipping Worldwide

• Standard Postal Stamps are used to mail your envelopes and for this reason, no tracking is provided
• Please make sure to enter your correct shipping address. If your mailing address is wrong and your envelope returned as a result, the mail may not be mailed again.
• Estimated Delivery Schedule:

Within Canada: 2-5 Business Days

To US: 5-14 Business Days (Usually 5 to 7 unless there are cross border delays)

International: 7 to 28 Business Days

• Shipping delays will be communicated as soon as I have updates from the local postal service, Canada Post (Includes temporary suspension of delivery to certain countries/regions and cross-border delays). Please note that these are outside of my control and I will try my best to communicate delays and renewed attempts to mail your envelope out in case of delays.
